Maple Appoints Larry Goldberg, C.A. as CFO

Maple Minerals Corp. (“Maple”) is pleased to announce that Mr. Larry Goldberg, C.A. has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation. Mr. Goldberg has acted in a senior financial capacity at many private and public companies over the last 20 years and, therefore, brings with him a great deal of financial, treasury and governance experience which will be valuable to Maple as it continues to grow.
Maple also wishes to announce that it has granted Mr. Goldberg 50,000 options, each option exercisable at $0.75 for a term of five years. The options are subject to regulatory approval.
