Mega Uranium Ltd. To List On Toronto Stock Exchange
Toronto, Ontario, September 5, 2006 – Mega Uranium Ltd. (“Mega”) (MGA:TSX-V) is pleased to announce that it has received the approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) to list the common shares of Mega on the TSX. The common shares will be listed and begin trading on the TSX at the opening of trading on September 6, 2006. Mega's common shares will be de-listed from the TSX Venture Exchange at the close of trading on the date immediately preceding such date. The common shares will continue to trade under the stock symbol "MGA".
Graduation to the TSX is considered to be an important milestone to Mega as it is expected to provide the company with improved access to capital, broader market recognition and exposure to new business prospects.
