Richard Patricio
CEO and President

Richard Patricio is President and CEO of Mega Uranium Ltd. and has served in this capacity since February 2015, having been Mega Uranium’s Executive Vice President since 2005. Mr. Patricio previously served as the CEO of Pinetree Capital Ltd., a TSX-listed investment company specializing in early stage resource investments.
Mr. Patricio is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario. He previously worked at a large Toronto-based law form before moving in-house. Mr. Patricio has been involved with the founding and growth of many resource-based issuers and other technology companies, and presently sits on the Board of several companies, including NexGen Energy Ltd. (TSX, NYSE: NXE), Toro Energy Ltd. (ASX:TOE), ISO Energy Ltd (TSXV:ISO) and Sterling Metals Corp. (TSXV: SAG)
Carmelo Marrelli
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Marrelli has been Chief Financial Officer of Mega Uranium Ltd. since December 2015. He is the principal of The Marrelli Group of Companies. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA, CGA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, a professional body that certifies corporate secretaries. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.
Mr. Marrelli acts as the chief financial officer to a number of issuers on the TSX, TSX Venture Exchange, and CSE, as well as non-listed companies, and as a director of select issuers.
Richard Homsany
Executive Vice President, Australia

Mr. Homsany has spent over 15 years with Mega Uranium and is presently the Executive Vice President, Australia. Richard is an experienced corporate lawyer and Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) with significant experience in the resources and energy sectors.
He is Executive Chairman of ASX listed uranium exploration and development company Toro Energy Limited (ASX:TOE) and Executive Vice President, Australia of TSX listed uranium exploration company Mega Uranium Ltd (TSX:MGA) and the principal of Cardinals Lawyers and Consultants, a West Perth based corporate and resources law firm.
Richard is also the Chairman of ASX listed copper exploration company Redstone Resources Limited (ASX:RDS) and TSX-V listed gold and iron ore explorer Central Iron Ore Limited (TSX-V:CIO).
Wendy D. Warhaft
General Counsel

Wendy D. Warhaft has been Mega’s General Counsel since 2007. With over 25 years’ of experience as a corporate and securities lawyer, she works closely with management in structuring and closing all of the company’s corporate finance and M&A transactions and overseeing its continuous disclosure and corporate governance practices, among other matters.
Wendy also acted as General Counsel to Pinetree Capital Ltd., an investment company active in the mining space, from 2007 to 2016,
Prior to joining Mega, Wendy worked in private practice at two Bay Street law firms, including as a Partner, where she acted on behalf of clients in the financial services, technology, industrial and natural resource industries, with a particular emphasis on sophisticated and novel transactions and regulatory issues.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Ottawa (Magna cum laude) and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Finance and International Business from McGill University (With Distinction), and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.

Albert Contardi
Director
Mr. Contardi is a consultant/adviser with over 15 years of legal, investment and capital markets experience. He is currently President of Generic Capital Corporation, a Toronto based EMD finance firm as well as Interim President and CEO of QcX Gold, a Quebec based junior exploration company.
Mr. Contardi’s experience involves advising and structuring corporate finance transactions in the mining, tech and bio tech sectors to maximize the value of projects/assets. He has been called to the Ontario Bar and is a graduate of Queen’s University Law School.
Larry Goldberg
Director
Presently, Larry P. Goldberg is Chief Operating Officer at Qualified Financial Services, Inc. He is also on the board of Cybermation, Inc., Mega Uranium Ltd. and The Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
In the past Mr. Goldberg was Chief Operating & Financial Officer of Arcestra, Inc., Chief Financial Officer of ThreeD Capital, Inc., Chief Financial Officer for Mega Uranium Ltd., Chief Financial Officer for EEStor Corp., Chief Financial Officer of JSN Jewellery, Inc., Chief Financial Officer for Blue Goose Capital Corp., Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President for Pinetree Capital Ltd. and Director at Pinetree Capital Ltd. (Investment Management) (a subsidiary of Pinetree Capital Ltd.), Chief Financial Officer for Mega Precious Metals, Inc., Chief Financial Officer for KL Group, Inc. and Principal at Pricewaterhouse LLP.
Arni Johannson
Director
Arni Thomas Johannson serves as Independent Director. Arni Johannson is President & Co-Founder of Canadian Nexus Ventures Ltd. He has over 28 years of experience in the Canadian capital markets, focusing on building assets and senior management teams, while executing defined business plans.
Through Canadian Nexus, Mr. Johannson’s investments have covered the pulp & paper, mining exploration, financial technology, film, agriculture, cannabis and energy sectors, in a wide variety of locations around the world. Specifically, in the uranium space Mr. Johannson was the founder of Titan Uranium Inc., which was the junior exploration company that staked and put the first exploration dollars into the Rook I (Arrow Zone) property that NexGen is developing. Titan merged with Energy Fuels Inc. in 2012.
Douglas Reeson
Director
Douglas G. Reeson serves as Independent Director. Douglas Reeson holds an MBA and is a business executive with over 30 years’ experience as an officer and director of a number of junior public companies. Mr. Reeson is the prior Chairman of our board of directors and the prior Chairman of our Audit Committee. He has former experience as CFO of public companies and is currently CEO of Gossan Resources Limited.
Mr. Reeson has the attributes and the experience, as set out in most small and midcap companies’ Audit Committee Mandates, to be considered an audit committee financial expert. Previously, he held a number of positions in the investment industry including the Executive Director of Listings for the Toronto Stock Exchange; Vice-President and Director of Davidson Partners, Midland Doherty, and Yorkton Securities; and as an Investment Analyst at Burns-Fry. Mr. Reeson has considerable knowledge of stock option valuations and sharebased payments.
Stewart Taylor
Director
As President of Mega Uranium from 2005 to 2015, Mr. Taylor has been instrumental in building Mega Uranium’s worldwide presence. Mr. Taylor, a geologist, holds a B.Sc. (Hons. Geology) from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, and has over 35 years of mining and exploration experience in Australia, Asia, Africa, Europe and North and South America.
Prior to joining Mega Uranium, Mr. Taylor held senior management positions with several major and junior groups including, Anglo American Corporation, Mogul of Ireland Ltd., Electrolytic Zinc Company of Australia Ltd., Mount Isa Mines Ltd. and Southwestern Gold Corporation. From January 1998 to June 2010 he was Principal of Taylor Wall & Associates, a Brisbane-based consulting firm specializing in mineral project generation and evaluation and providing geoscientific consulting services, worldwide.
